Living Well with Diabetes: Free Mini Seminar

Featured speakers will be Dr. Maurice Stutzman (Board Certified in Family Medicine) and LuAnn Beavers-Willis, Certified Diabetes Educator.

This seminar is open to anyone who is pre-diabetic, has diabetes type I or type II. Family members and friends of persons with diabetes are also welcome to attend. This event is part of National Diabetes Month.

This seminar will offer help in finding ways to get the most out of life and manage blood sugar and diabetes at the same time. Lu Ann Beavers-Willis will share tips for eating healthy during the holiday season, and Dr. Maurice Stutzman will share encouraging and motivational information for living well with diabetes. A time for questions and answers will be provided.

Prior to the seminar, appointments can be made to receive an A1C screening for just $5. Please call (740) 922-7450, ext. 2124 to make an appointment for an A1C screening.

Healthy snacks and the chance to win door prizes will also be featured at this free mini seminar.
