This 4 pm seminar is FULL. Dr. Tim McKnight will share tips for living well at age 50 and beyond. He will provide helpful information about vitamins, supplements, hormone replacement, nutrition and exercise.

We invite all local residents to attend this event. You can still register for the 6 pm presentation.

You won't want to miss this free mini seminar which will include healthy snacks, educational handouts, and the chance to win door prizes. Dr. McKnight will also be available for a question and answer session.
