This date is currently full.  However, walk-ins are accepted for an additional $5 processing fee on the day of the event.  Another option is to click here to register for remaining appointment times on Saturday, April 26th. Thank you for your interest in the Rotary health testing.  After giving a sample of blood, we will run a broad range of over 50 blood tests to give you the information you need to make adjustments to your lifestyle to look and feel your best!  Registration for this April 12th date is currently closed.
