Register now to join us for this free support group meeting for those with diabetes and their family/friends who support them. The September topic will be Reading and Understanding Nutrition Labels and Food Logs.

This group meets on the third Monday of every month for about one hour at the St. Francis Conference Center at Trinity Hospital Twin City. The meeting is led by Certified Diabetes Educator, Lu Ann Beavers-Willis, MSN, RN.
