Free Diabetes Support Group

Register now to join us for this free support group meeting for those with diabetes and their family/friends who support them. The September meeting will be a "Fall Walk on the Panhandle Trail." Participants will meet at the pavilion at McClusky Park at Dennison. Please wear comfortable shoes and bring a bottle of water. In case of rain, the group will meet at the hospital conference center.

This group meets on the third Monday of every month for about one hour at the St. Raphael Conference Room at Trinity Hospital Twin City. The meeting is led by Certified Diabetes Educator, Lu Ann Beavers-Willis, MSN, RN. For more information, call (740) 922-7450, ext. 2177.
