Register now to join us for this free support group meeting for those with diabetes and their family/friends who support them. The topic is "Healthy Holiday Eating." Helpful tips for eating healthy and modifying recipes to be more diabetic-friendly will be provided. Food demonstrations and recipes will also be supplied.

This group will meet for about one hour at the St. Raphael Conference Room at Trinity Hospital Twin City's second floor. The meeting is led by Certified Diabetes Educator, Lu Ann Beavers-Willis, MSN, RN. For more information, call (740) 922-7450, ext. 2177.
