Register now to join us for this free support group meeting for anyone who wants to learn how to make cooking healthier and for those with diabetes and their family/friends who support them.

This month's featured topic will be "Healthy Holiday Sweets & Treats." Come learn how to modify traditional holiday recipes to make them healthier. A sampling of holiday sweets and treats will be provided with recipes.
