Join Us for this No-Cost Event!

Access Tuscarawas, a volunteer collaborative of the social services agencies in Tuscarawas County, will host "Transforming Our Health," a free daylong business and community forum exploring the state of healthcare in the Tuscarawas Valley. The event will include a keynote address at 1 pm from Dr. Paul Grundy, the Global Director of Healthcare Transformation for IBM, an international diplomat and the "godfather" of the primary care movement in the United States.

1 p.m. - Keynote Address from Dr. Paul Grundy

2:30 p.m. - Overview of Community Health Needs Assessment

3:30 p.m. - Financial and Legal Health Presentation and Panel Discussion

4-6:30 p.m. – Free Health Screenings (Hemoglobin A1C testing and Blood Pressure screens)

5-8 p.m. - Individual Educational "Tracks" (3) available, including Personal Health & Wellness, Parenting in the 21st Century, and Healthy Retirement & Aging (Featured speakers for these tracks include Dr. Anne Harper, Dr. Michelle Levitt, Dr. Timothy McKnight, Dr. Spencer Pinion, and more)
