Trinity Hospital Twin City Names 2018 Excellence Award Winner

DENNISON—Trinity Hospital Twin City’s Mission and Standards Team recently recognized its fifth annual Excellence Award winner, an award that is given to a hospital employee who demonstrates outstanding commitment to the hospital’s mission and its values of reverence, integrity, compassion, and excellence. The winning employee must demonstrate his/her commitment through professional and personal achievements, work and lifestyle. The 2018 winner is Janet McGuire of Uhrichsville.

McGuire was one of eight hospital employees nominated for the award, and she received recognition at the hospital’s celebration of the Feast of St. Francis in October. McGuire has worked at the hospital for thirteen years. She is receptionist and chronic care management project coordinator for Trinity Medical Group. Previous annual winners of the THTC Excellence Award include Jennifer Demuth of New Philadelphia, Barb Oberholzer of Uhrichsville, and Melinda Rainsberger and Linda Cox of Dennison.

Staff who nominated McGuire for the award stated, “Janet routinely provides exceptional customer service to patients and staff. She is one of the unsung heroes of Trinity Hospital Twin City who is always focused on meeting patient needs.”

“As a faith-based organization, we encourage all of our employees to be a reflection of our hospital’s mission and values,” shared Teresa Gagliardi, hospital Vice President of Operations. “We live these values each day by treating each person with kindness, gentleness, and understanding.”
